Just moved from the place:noisy,poorly managed.

Years at this apartment: 2004 - 2004
 
Hillside Terrace is overun with teenagers,dogs,and college students. Noise was so bad I had to leave. Few tenant services:even the Laundy was closed for weeks.STAY AWAY>
