I have been a resident at HIllside Terrace for over three years. I cannot believe the latest rating! The office staff bends every which way to satisfy and accomodate the residents. The manager and the leasing person are always pleasant and cheerful. The maintenance staff is honest, dependable and acurate.
The laundry room is new and the machines are wonderful. They work superb and are convenient. Open 24 hours to all of us.
I have been happy here and whenever I have a concern or a problem the staff is on top of it. We do have some older college students here as well as famlies and professionals. I feel as though I am living in a neighborhood not a complex. I hope to be here for another five years at least.
