I have been living here for approx 6 months and have had close to no problems. I love the maintenence and the managment for the most part. It is a bit pricey but i feel safe and noise is rare. Whoever said the maintence is never around must have lived somewhere else I constantly see managment and maintence..clean I have enjoyed my stay!
