I swear I have the last person's studio. Again, can hear every thumping step of the creepy guy above me with his loud little annoying dogs. The heater water keeps me up at night because it's falling apart at the seams. Also, the office people come in late, skip out early, and sometimes don't show up at all. It's ridiculous. I also had a package stolen because it was supposed to be delivered to the front office but instead was plopped in the front foyer. When I brought it up to the office I got a "Oh, no one in that building would ever do that, I know them so well." What a naive and unhelpful response!!! Did you also know that your tenants are creepy and stalkerish and the building reeks of pot a lot' Not very safe.

You can do WAY better for the price...look elsewhere!!

I have been living at Hillside Terrace for almost two years. Each year the rent has gone up, right now Management is raising our 1 bed apt to 990.00 (950 to 975 to 990) which is ridiculous. The reason is "increase cost of maintaining the property grounds." I think that excuse is b.s. because the property ground look exactly like it did when I first moved in 2 years ago. Now to the fun stuff: good luck trying to find a parking space if you come home late. The spaces are constantly being taken up by non-residents. The gym is located in the far back of the last apartment building and the walk way is NOT well lit at night. So, if you want to use the gym when it gets dark, bring a flash light. Our neighbors are pot heads. The laundry room is in a different building with no lock door which mean anyone can walk in. The apartment building is not well ventilated. The upside to living here is the quick access to Stop&Shop and CVS. I do not recommend living here. I say take your money elsewhere! Hillside Terrace is manage by Forest Properties and all they care about is your money. They are very unprofessional and if you have an issue, instead of dealing with it in a professional demeanor they get defensive and rude. I am very happy to say I will not be renewing my lease like many other residents here. In the past month I have seen more people move out than in, which say a lot about this place.
