as a previous Reviewer stated this place is LOUD. my upstairs neighbors are obnoxiously loud and repeated complaints to management have done nothing. The place is falling apart. Don't live here unless you don't mind inconsistent water temps. (you never know if you'll get hot water or not) vandalism (my car was broken into) and scumbag neighbors. After my car was broken into N. Prov police said the place has always had scumbags living in it. Snow removal is shoddy at best. the outside doors are always broken and never locked, thus eliminating safety. I have lived in many apartment complexes and this is by far the worst!!!!
