It has been a tough time here at Stoney Brook Apartments ever since I came. Very poor maintenance and upkeep specially in winters. Inspite of several reminders no snow removals on time and often very dangerous to even walk. Heating failures is a routine and had to spend cold nights in the extreme cold. Would suggest not to go for these apartments unless there is sheer urgency or nothing else is available.
