I lived her for year with my family. i was very happy when we moved her the place itself is very nice. Big beadrooms and nice bathrooms. washer and dryer right in your apartment.then there are the bad qualities.1 parking if you dont get there early be prepared to walk because you will be.2 we had no light in the bedrooms none we had to buy floor lamps because none were installed.3 we had a serious ant infestation and i mean ants! like hundreds evry night we come home and they be coming through the foundation.4 if you took a shower and some of the water got out it would leak throught the floors right near the downstairs light.5 the parking is very close together your car will get hit bumbs dings and it harldy ever gets plowed. the walls are thin and flimsy. the people are nice the nieghbors are friendly, nice little spot for a grill pool is very nice.

I have been a tenant here for three years and disagree with the previous post. Ants can be a problem occasionally since the area is near the woods, however as soon as I called the office Pest Control would be sent over and the problem disappeared. It sounds like the previous tenant wasn't very responsible if they never bothered calling the office to report leaks or any other issues. Maintenance always gets things done IF they are made aware of the problem.
