I don't understand the negative reviewers. I've lived in two different apartments here and currently live here. My biggest problem is from my roommates, not the complex itself. The people who work here are really nice. We got our first security deposit back no problem whatsoever. They do plow fairly well. Not any worse than the city itself, but it's hard when there's a parking lot full of cars to plow around. They also shovel, snow blow, and do leaf blowing well. There's now postings about fines for leaving your dog's poop on the ground. I don't see much anyway.
Also, my neighbors are extremely kind people. We greet each other and we all helped each other when there were snow storms and we had to dig our cars out.
The only problem is the layout of the complex with parking areas. There are many places to park, but you might have to walk like... a minute maybe to your front door' They will give a handicap spot for someone if need be (someone already has one). It also depends where you're located in the complex. Our first apartment we had almost no problem parking. It's only one area that is pretty bad.
I really do recommend this place. It's also a great area to live in. You don't have to drive far to get to a main road, but you still run into squirrels and possums (yes, I saw one). It's fairly close to 295 and 95.
