Love it here! - I'm a single woman and I wanted a safe place to live and I also have a dog. Shorewood is a very pet friendly community. I feel safe walking the grounds at 6 am or midnight. The areas are well lit and the grounds feel like a hotel with bungalows. My dogs love all the different pathways and places to walk. Not a god place to live. Poor construction. Lots of litter on parts of the property.
It takes a long time to have maintenance performed.. There's a high noise level in the buildings. If yiu have problem, management is quite indifferent. Rents are high for what you get. Best

A Noisy Mptel With a Lease During the time I lived at Hillside I experienced one problem after another. There was a very high noise level..poor maintenance (ut took days to fix a simple leak). There is a high population of dos and resulting dropping all over the property.

My Experience! I have lived here at Hillside Terrace for the past 6 yrs. and have never EVER experienced what these last two people are talking about. The staff is very professional and would bend over backwards to accommodate their residents. They have a great fitness center and a very nice pool

Poopville!! Everywhere you walk there is dog poop! Maintainance refuse to pick it up and management does not do anything either. My lease is up next month and I can not wait! Also, they need to just advertise as College students only...music and parties every weekend.
