I made out with the apartment when I first moved out to Rhode Island. Very quiet, with the exception of the Hall right across the street, but you can usually tone them right out. The staff at Ferland Property Management is GREAT! They usually respond back to phone calls within an hour. Maintenance is usually done within 48 hours. When we made a complaint about neighborhood kids in our yard, Maintenance came by and we didn't see them in our yards after that. No maintenance issue was a dumb maintenance issue. The apartments are spacious, beautiful carpeting, with great appliances (never had a problem with broken appliances). They do a GREAT job with snow removal in the winter. The neighbors don't bother us. It's in a very quiet, nice, and extremely safe neighborhood. There's parking in the front, back, and off-street. Oh, and did I mention..we just got new windows installed'' Rent is a little expensive, but it's very well worth it! I wish I didn't have to leave, because I can't find a place that tops this!
