I originally posted the first review. I've been living here for about 3 years..The way they screen the residents is awful..We have a houseful, maybe 8-9 girls living in a two bedroom apartment upstairs..They party, hog up all the parking spaces, have conversations outside my windows at 4AM..No considerations for their neighbors..Needs supervision. Now, I hate going home..

Other than that, maintenance does an OK job..Walls are thin and if you post something p and take it down, there's a brown hole in the wall and not only that, but the paint chips..The newer residents gets the gorgeous apartments and newer kitchen, while we're stuck with the same ol' junk!

Now, parking sucks because our neighbors upstairs take up..oh maybe 6 spots..damn college kids..!
