I lived at Parkview for a year. The office and maintenance staff were extremely nice and personable. They have a great workout facility and common room, and one big plus is a computer with Internet access in the community building.

My only complaint would be the noise...the walls are paper-thin. I could hear my neighbors whenever they talked...even on the phone! Barking dogs can also be a nuisance, as well as owners who fail to pick up after their dog(s).

Also, the rental prices are a bit steep for what you get. My dishwasher didn't work and the tub clogged from day one.

Overall, not bad, but be aware that because of the thin walls and floors/ceilings, your neighbors can make a huge difference.
