Seabury Apartments - It's the Portsmouth Ghetto. Can't have a dog but there is mice all over the place and the mold and sweaty windows are a bonus. Mold grows on walls. They will rent to anyone. Nice place to live I have lived here for a year.
Pros: Apartments are neat and clean, office staff is professional and friendly, maintenance is excellent. Building is well maintained. Very quiet and private.
Cons: Tiny elevator in tower building. Could use more parking in tower
