A Mostly Positive Review from a former HAPPY & Satisfied renter - As a former tenant of 199 Dexter Street, Apartment 1 Front from 2004 to 2007, own by West End LLC, I would like to say that I enjoyed living there. Its Providence - The place/loft itself is amazing, Rebecca the manager is awesome but other than that, the neighborhood sucks big time but then again its Providence.
