OK for 1st Apartment - I was 19 when I moved here. Little did I know it was a senior citizen community. However, there were other "younger" tenants. The rent was fair for a studio apartment. Maintenance was always taken care of within 24 hours and the people in the office were always helpful and kind. In the 3 years I've lived there the only complaints were that my neighbors were noisy.

not the worse place in the world - I lived in the Alice Building for one year and it was not that bad. I did not like how parking was not offered, and ameneties were non-existent BUT the convenience of the downtown area was what I paid for (and so I got).
