We had a great experience living here. Very convenient, close to downtown and up and coming Broadway area. Looked at multiple loft type apts, this was the best in this price range. Very nicely done renovation using nice materials and colors. Staff at Armory could notā¦Ā See More >cmonman09

Noisy, Drafty, Nepotism
Each Unit has it's pros and cons. Generally speaking many of the people at Pearl St. Lofts are great. The units with exterior, brick exposure tend to be pretty drafty. Our thermostat was not entirely compatible with the heating system and took a whole long,ā¦Ā See More >anonymous

304 Pearl Street
Had an extremely wonderful experience at the Pearl Street lofts for the past year and half. The loft is beautifully constructed, with quality materials and craftsmanship. The loft provided an open and airy feel coupled while staying true to its industrial backbone. All the neighborsā¦Ā See More >MitchComstein

I lived at this property for 2 years. When i rented the property, they didnt tell me demolition was beginning next door for the next two years breaking items in the apartment and making a mess of the downstairs when the brick walls would fallā¦Ā See More >IamProv

Pearl Street Lofts
A great community. Well maintained buildings and grounds. Armory staff have been very responsive when problems occur. A model redo of an old mill (1865).

Great space for the money!
I rented an apartment on Westminster St. My unit was on the first floor which was very close to the front door.. I very rarely would hear other tenants entering/ exiting. Parking was great, I had a garage as well as one parkingā¦Ā See More >anonymous

NOT Responsible Developers/Renters
Armory does not do due diligence on their properties before they develop them, they are only out to make a profit. They do not take care of the people who purchase the properties or rent them. If they developed properly, this would not be theā¦Ā See More >anonymous

NONONO
I've been living in an Armory Revival apartment for 2 years and am desperately looking to get out. Rents are raised considerably each year, sometimes twice, due to property tax raises. When I first rented, I was told that I could have a pet. Thenā¦Ā See More >UGDweller

Not Bad for a 1st Apartment
My apartment through the Armory Revival was my first apartment, and it wasn't bad. Although there could have been better insulation in the basement apartment I had, for the most part, it was a decent place. The thing that really blew my mind was howā¦Ā See More >spolaski
