my first year living in an armory property were great. any issue taken up with the office was addressed immediately. towards the end of my first year, some changes were made in the management within the office. calls are no longer returned to tenants, issues are not longer addressed in a timely manner or are completely forgotten and considered unreasonable as far as measures to be taken. the rotating receptionist staff is of little help. there are two assigned parking spaces, but no enforcement. shouldnt all the tenants know about this assigned parking' i like the location and most of the neighbors. was i spoiled by the previous managers concern for the tenants' dont i at least deserve a call back to let me know they will be addressing these issues to some degree' i would recommend these aprtments to an individual that is capable only of addressing tenant issues on their own.
