I live in a Cranston apartment managed by the Armory Revival Company. What brought me there were the inexpensive rent and the fact that they have washers/dryers in the building. My agent was very friendly and expedited my lease signing within three days of seeing the apartment, another reason I chose to move there. However after that, I never heard back from her (we were supposed to met about what reapirs may have been needed). I had many issues I needed to have looked at, after a while (maybe a month or two) everything was taken care of. In another month I had another issue, I left a message and no one got back to me. After a few weeks, maybe a month, I called my agent's manager who informed me that the agent was no longer with the company. The manager addressed my issue and ended up giving me a discount on a month's rent to make up for my hassles. I was MORE than pleased with this fix. A few weeks later I had another issue, which too was resolved within days. I just recently called about the mildew build up on my bathroom and they had someone out to bleach it the next day while I was at work. If they hadn't left me a message letting me know he was going to be there that day I would have never have known he was there (other than the noticeable difference in the mildew problem). I find the Armory Revival Company to be very understanding, inexpensive, and efficient. My only complaint is of the people who own the mini-mart next door hogging our parking spaces; the washer and dryer being so expensive ($1.50/each for a half load!) forcing me to find other, cheaper places to haul my laundry to; and the guy who used to come and vacuum every week hasn't been there in about 7 months. All minute issues that wouldn't keep me from living here, I do love it and if I do move I will look for another Armory property as they have been very helpful and considerate since I moved in 9 months ago.
