I just recently moved out of the apartment where I lived with my boyfriend for the last 4 years. When we first moved in, the apartment was not quite ready, it needed some window blinds and the shower did not work right. While we were in the process of moving in, the maintenance guys were able to finish what needed to be done, and even helped with moving our armoir.
We enjoyed our time in the Armory District, we were close to the market and the park.
There were a few times we had to call the emergency number because of no heat or a leak etc., and the guys called us back and were over to fix the problem.
I've got to say, especially after reading the previous post, that I have noticed an improvement in the maintenance and when I need to call the office, they have always been helpful. They care, and I can tell that they want to keep us tenants happy. One time when we had a neighbor who was noisy and I called the office, they were very understanding and said they would talk to the nieghbor without giving my name, and he quieted down.
Our rent went up around $20 each year we renewed, and another 30 last year because of the tax increase.
