I rented an apartment on Westminster St. My unit was on the first floor which was very close to the front door.. I very rarely would hear other tenants entering/ exiting. Parking was great, I had a garage as well as one parking place. When I had company over there was an additional lot for them to park in. I found the office staff to be very helpful and polite. I did have to call the emergency maintenance for an issue with my heat and they were at my door withing 15 minutes! Everything was fixed within an hour, it was great.
