I have lived here for 3 years for the convenience. However, since the last year this place has gone down the tubes. They don't treat their customers nicely anymore, and the noise from the neighboring construction is *unbearable*. If you are coming here, you should be aware of expensive SEWAGE BILLS. Ask for the average to see how expensive it is, since you will pay the average anyways, irrespectively of how much you spend on water (and hot water too), because you share the bill with everyone else. There are other hidden fees everywhere, and the lady that shows you the apartments is very deceiving. Do not conduct business with these people. The guy in the front desk denied me use of the fax machine - actually, made it very hard for me to do so, and treated me very badly, when 6 months ago I was able to do it with no problem.

The free coffee doesn't even count, since it is terrible and often old. Also, the fitness center is always very busy.

With all those new apartments being built around avalon, and with the current crisis, I can't believe they treat their customers so badly and have such an awful service lately.
