I am interested in getting into the hud program out there in pvd. I am curretly out in phoenix aand I am a resident of rhode island and had a application on file in 2005 and would like to still use that application and at the moment I am in the hud program out in phoenix and wouild like to transfer my resident to rhode island my program out here is ending in dec of 08 and I am going to be moving back to rhode island.
