I live in Tudor Arms, owned by Charter Realty. This building is quaint, but does have some maintenence issues. leaking faucets into the basement. Occasional fire alarms, for no appearent reason. Lack of control of heat-- we spend lots of days w/ the windows open when it's freezing outside because it get's so hot.
