I?ve lived on the Eastside of Providence for 10 year which 4 where under Kelly And Pieccern.My apartment started out well enough with the managment kissing my but until I signed the lease.Then it was your on your own. I have lived thru and with every type of apartment disaster that you can imagine. Water pipes bursting, heat/boiler loss,rotting bathroom walls, wholes in the celling. You name it.And how was the maintinance you might ask. Well I lived with 2 holes in my cieling for 7 months. I piled up the tiles in the bathroom that would fall off almost every day. I did my own minor repairs, you know like fixing the leaky pipes and supplying them with a water pump as the water from a broken pipe leaked into my apartment for 2 days.I was always going into the basment to fix blown breakers and seeing if I could get the heat to go on. Really, these people are bastards, slumloards, ignorant and jerks. The maintenance people want to do a good job. Trust me because I got to know them over the winter months. But Kell & Piccern will not let them do what they need to. I had on maintinace man stay in the basment almost all night trying to fix the heater and when he could not get it working he went home and brought me back a portable electric heater. He felt so bad that he could not get the thing running and had to wait for a manager to OK a repair man. well 3 days and nights later I saw a boiler repair truck and 3 days later I was using the electric heater that the maintinace man left me.Oh yeah this was the topper. I had smelled fule oil in the basment so I went down to look and I even have pictures of this. Oil was all over the place and all they did when I told them was throw kitty litter on tthe floor. And I bet you anything that it?s still there. Still not convinced'' Well after living thru this I told them that I could not live under these conditions and they replied, OK'' OK!! 4 years and that?s all they had to say. And after they sent me the papers saying it was ok to break the lease and move out. The bastards kept my security deposite'! What ever!! So the bottom line is here, that if you or your parents have any love for you at all. Find some where else to live. KELLY & Peicern are evil slum lords. I even tried to talk with the president of K & P (Eastside Investors,MoshasSUCK) and never even got a reply.So my freind this is the bottom line.

The Pieccern Group, Eastside Properties,and MoshasSUCK are a bunch of copotare renter rapers!! Stay away!!Also you will notice that if you walk down Waterman Street in Providence, you can always tell a K&P property by its shaby needs a paint job bad looking homes.195 Waterman is my old stomping ground:( So sad to see it had to come to this.
