Poor, poor management - Slumlords

Years at this apartment: 2001 - 2002
 
I highly discourage anyone from living at any of East Side Properties, or their parent company, Picerne's, apartments. Management is non-responsive to needs once the lease is signed, and buildings are in poor condition with no repair in sight.
