	All facilities are in utter disrepair. Cosmetic touch-up that last for no more than two weeks is the best the company can muster. Management has a tendency to oversell parking spaces (will sell 10 where only 8 cars will fit), ... more

	I highly discourage anyone from living at any of East Side Properties, or their parent company, Picerne´s, apartments. Management is non-responsive to needs once the lease is signed, and buildings are in poor condition with no repair in sight.
