I liked Bilodeau at first they were nice and responded pretty well to my needs, I lived in a studio for almost $500 on the basement level (without window locks). The room was right infont of the boiler room so my apartment smelled like oil and I could not control the heat (one person in the whole house controlled the heat) so my apartment was well in the 80's constantly. It also had no stove so I told them if there was no stove I was not moving in. It was my first apartment ever so at first I did not care about all the above problems. But the trouble came when I wanted to move out. They did everything in their power to keep my security deposit. They told me that if I cleaned the apartment myself and shampooed the rug they would not charge me, so I did and yet they charged me. Then they said that the carpet had to be replaced so they charged more than $300 but it turned out that they never replaced the carpet!! Then they charged me for breaking the lease (which I did not do) and the terms were written on right on it. Then on my moving day someone had parked in my spot so I parked in their's and Bilodeau gave me a ticket and told me that I should have found a spot (on a week day) on Benefit st. and carried my boxes to my car. They were very unpleasent and I will certainly never rent from them again!!!
