If you see Bilodeau Management listed as the company handling the property you are considering - RUN LIKE H**L in the opposite direction and don?t look back!!!!



These people are the absolute WORST management I have ever encountered. Took over our building in East Providence this year and immediately increased (average of $200/month)on all leases due for renewal w/barely the legal 30 day notice. They didn?t even know which tenants had leases that were still current and not subject to their terms!!! Promised to clean up the yard, carpet, paint - still waiting!! Cleaning service barely cleans and then only every 3 weeks or so. And the quality of the tenants that are now moving in makes me wonder what this place will be like in another 6 months or so. Noisy, messy (leave garbage all over like there is a cleaning service to pick up after them), ignore all the terms of the lease that they just signed. And forget getting assistance from Bilodeau when there is a problem - you?ll get one heck of a runaround. They?ve tried their little list on people here, too - no one has paid any attention to it. Can?t wait to get out of this place before it begins to look like the slum that their own neglect is going to turn it into!!
