I just wanted to say that I have really enjoyed my time living on wayland square. I dont know if many people realize how old the building (s) are exactly, they arent brand new structures made to look like antiques, they actually are. So, things are going to break, thats a given. When something breaks I call the main office, speak with the maintence foreman guy or leave a message (he calls back or some nice lady). Than they come within 48 hours, less if its something major. They also have 24 hour maintence, in case you're a bit slow like me and have locked yourself out. (andyea dont expect them to be pleased to drive 10 miles at 2 am to let you in when they were happy sleeping at home, they ar PEOPLE too).

I think the others on this site need to calm down. This is a nice management company, neither me or my neighbors have major complaints. My biggest problem is that there isnt space in the lot for my car an I must park half a block away, which is alot better than no off street parking.
