Years at this apartment: 2001 - 2002
Had to leave within months of their taking over management of a building I had been in for 7 years. No response from them when there were problems, HUGE rent increase (almost double)for those without current lease or when lease ran out.My lease was current with the former owners, under those tems legally, yet their management advised me to sublet whe I wanted out. Then they took 2 moths to repaint and carpet the old apartment and tried to charge me for that!! Do yourself a favor, if it says Bilodeau on the door, DO NOT ask for entry.
