Years at this apartment: 2000 - 2002
I lived in a Bilodeau apt for 2 years. I gave them the proper 60 day notice and they still found a way to keep their security deposit. They also managed to increase rent twice in as many years. In addition to this, they charged me a finders fee of $250. The inside of the apartments are poorly kept. I had a number of coworkers who started out in Bilodeau properties and none have anything positive to say after the experience. I had numerous leaks in the bathroom ceiling and they never quite fixed it. I would STRONGLY recommend not dealing with this company. They are unethical and dishonest.
