Years at this apartment: 2003 - 2003
The management is horrible, specifically Keith. They (he and Whitney when she was there) never call you back when they promise to and the receptionist is a bimbo who does not write down messages. I waited 2 months to have a repair done in my bathroom that desperatly needed to be fixed. When it was fixed, the job had been done half assed.The rent is expensive and not worth all of the bull that I have to put up with. I can't wait to get out of here once my lease is up. I do not reccomend the properties owned by Piernce at all, they don't give a rats bottom about the tenents. All they care about is getting their rent money. x-2PE3sjUIIeetAHoKOk
