I have lived here for about a half a year and Ihave some likes and some dislikes. The location is awesome and the river is awesome. The maintenance is not that great. It takes forever to get someting fixed, I still have some things that have not been fixed since we got here. The management sucks! Keith is an arrogant @#@%!
He actually threatened to beat up a couple of 13 year olds at the pool. He swore at them unprovoked and made racial slurs. Tell him to F off if you ever see him. He is an arrogant bigot. The rest of the staff sucks too. Whitney has a stick up her A hole and she needs to get off of her high horse. She favors tenants who have more money no matter if you pay rent or not. She is a stuck up -----. The woman who showed us the apartment originally, Erica, was awesome. She quit. Gee, I wonder why'
