Years at this apartment: 2003 - 2004
 
I lived here for 6 months.The apartment was very basic but OK. The problem was all the NOISE! It is situated right near an I-95 on ramp. AND that Cars ( in the supposed secure) parking lot were broken into all the time; while I was there it happened at least 10 times. Alot of thuggish looking kids would walk through the complex and trash things and jump in the pool. It is not a very safe area. Oh yes and don't forget all the river rats running around. For the price I would go elsewhere. Look on the East side near Brown. P0MtU6TIdDkM23RTonAS
