I have friends in two apartments in this building and both say there are rats in the apartments due to the Hooter's reatuarant on the first floor. Needless to say, I'm not visiting anymore as management claims to fix the problem evry month or so and the rats keep coming back. x-2PE3sjUIIeetAHoKOk

this reviewer seems to be thinking of a different apartment complex, since there is no hooters on the first floor
