I've done my research in the area and for the location and the prices they charge, Moshassuck Square is actually a great deal. The apartments are not brand new but they are in good condition. The river runs right through the property which is really cool for a downtown spot. I read the blog about the rats...there is no restaurant on the premesis and I have noticed rat traps but never any actual rats. Overall I recommend this property.
