Nice location and nice layout of apartment. Ample electrical outlets and phone hook-ups. Computerized central air/heat nice.
Refrigerator and stove vary SIGNIFICANTLY from demo model. Refrigerator is small and must be defrosted. (I didn't know those still existed.)
While leasing office staff is extremely courteous, response times for maintenance requests are absurd. Sink leaked for five weeks before being repaired. It's easier to live with other inconveniences than contact the leasing office to request yet ANOTHER repair.
Walls are paper thin. Noise from street is pretty constant. If you're unfortunate enough to have people on both sides of you and above, you'll hear them constantly. Virtually impossible to find a quiet spot inside your own apartment.
Relatively high cost of rent in relation to inconveniences with slow maintenance request response time and very poor sound insulation make Moshassuck Square a MUST AVOID.
