Good location, great view, enough space and facility (dish washer, large fridge, ventiration) for the price. However, this apartment is really cheaply constructed. Even if they screen tenants (income and crime history), there are still loud young (student') people who likes to party.
Wall and floor are really thin, you can hear all people talking, walking, TV sound etc etc. Everytime someone closes the door, you can feel a big sound and viberation. If your neighbors are really quiet, this place is not bad. But tenants turnaround is very fast so you never know.

Management people are nice but service requests are forgotten sometime. There are lots of places to fix. But I think this is not special for this facility.

There are nice path and river in the facility but it's good environment for animal and insects too. ( you now waht i mean) I saw that small animals I did not want to see outside of apartment. You need to check all holes so that the don't come inside!
