From day one at move in, the poor service became apparent. There is no service elevator, all moving must be done from the garage level through twisting and turning hallways. Trucks are not allowed to go into the garage and must find a parking space (they are scarce) and move furnishings in from that spot. It cost me 4 times as much as it should just to move in. The stove only had one burner that worked for 5 months and was replaced with one of an odd color without side panels for almost 6 months. It has been 2 years and the sink that they said would be replaced asap is still leaking and was never replaced. The noise level is awful. Banging and slamming of doors are heard at all hours. It is similar to living in a dormitory at a college. If you enjoyed the collegiate experience then this is the place for you. Multiple occupancy of students is permitted, so you are treated to vomiting, noisy college students in the elevators and the trash rooms on weekends as well as yelling and drunken lewed behavior in the parking lots. Luxury it is not.
