You like a party' You're a heavy smoker' This is a perfect place!!

If you're college undergrad. and enjoy party every night with drunken neighbors, and smoking and smelling smoke of your neighbor, the Regency Plaza is a perfect place!!
The assumption is you're very rich enough to dump your big money into 1 suare feet fitness center and ears next to highway.
