...they genuinely took care of the requests of the tenants. They throw "tenant appreciation" events, but it stops there. The staff spends more time hanging holiday decorations than taking care of the real needs of the tenants. The workout area is constantly missing cleaning solutions and remote controls, and its machines stay broken for weeks at a time. One of the "security officer" befriends the tenants that hold loud, late-night parties. Almost 3/4 of the lighting in the parking lot has been out -- even despite several requests to fix. The elevator hasn't been cleaned in months... I can tell by the obvious brown smear on the door. The managing staff are lazy and unresponsive. The apartment space itself are great windows, layout, appliances (ok, maybe thin walls); but you'd be better to live in a nicer nieghborhood with a more attentive staff for the same money.
