Hope it's better now

Years at this apartment: 2000 - 2004
 
Not a very good place when I lived there. The building manager not only doesn't have an office in the building, she's not even in the same state! I'm not kidding.
The property management company, once they get you to move in, could not care less about you.
And the owners are so busy opening new apartment buildings that they forget about the quality of life in ones they already own.
