False promises, slow staff

I have lived here for a few months now, and it just seems like they tell you things that they say will be done (just to shut you up), but it takes forever to happen. For example, it took forever for them to finish the clubhouse. My mail was going to a trailer for over a month! I didn't have a mailbox. It was the same thing with the fitness center, that took a long time to be completed. Also, the visitor boxes to buzz people through the gate in the garage and let them up to your apartment, still are not done! Every time I have guests I have to go four floors down to let them in.
Lastly, when they told me there would be plenty of room for visitors to park, that was another lie. They finally just painted the numbers on the parking spaces, leaving only 10 visitor spaces. That is definitely not enough for 330 apartments, and I have a feeling when everyone is moved in here parking is going to be extremely tight. They did, however, put in some security cameras near the garage, which is good, because I definitely think there's some drug dealing going on out back near that old run down building.
In conclusion, I think if you want things done right, in a timely fashion, and get what you pay for, then this is definitely not the place for you. Needless to say, won't be renewing my lease!
