I think this place was put together with glue. They call it "luxury," but to save a buck, use the cheapest appliances possible in the apartments, and probably got the cheapest sub-contractor they could find to build the place. The workmanship on these apartments they call "luxury" is laughable. Half the time they don't know what they're doing. If you want something fixed, don't expect it to be done the first time, or the second, or third times. They are pathetic. I think this place was in such a rush to move people in here and start making money, they did a hack job on the construction. After we moved in here, they were still working on installing firewalls. These are things that should have been done BEFORE residents move in. For the price you pay to live here, it is so not worth it. The clubhouse, however, is absolutely gorgeous, with the hardwood floors, marble countertops and top-notch appliances. If you want an apartment that will start falling apart in a few months due to shoddy construction, then this is the place for you.
