Overpriced, anti tenant attitude, poorly constructed.

The management is from Texas and has hired a group of pretty sales assistant who are robots to regulations which only benefit the managments. Although there are 330 apartments and one entrance, JPI refuses to provide a full time concierge. The Club House is locked at night and JPI wants you to pay to use it. The water pressure is low.
The street noise is loud in the building.
The amenities are weak. This is not a luxury apartment house.
