I agree 100% with 'poor management'. My thoughts exactly. Now cars are getting broken into. Management is quick to advise it's renters about what they need to do to be safe. However, entrances are not checked to insure security features are working. The garage gate is broken and left open every weekend. If you're looking for convenience to walk to Providence it's fine. If you expect to feel safe and be proud of where you live, you're fooling yourself. Don't think paying a lot of money guarantees you anything. There is only one person responsible for cleaning the entire building. The maintenance people are great, but they obviously don't have a lot of experience and have way too many disasters to react to.
