There were three cars on my floor last week that had all their wheels and tires stolen off the vehicles at some point during the night, and the cars were left on the pavement.

I've heard other stories of vandalism, assault, and theft in the parking garage.

For what we pay, having NO cameras and No watchman is totally unacceptable, especially in the area we're in.

Since this posting there have been remarkable amounts of changes in the security. They now have multiple cameras well covering the premisis and the parking garage. The head of security is very valiant in his job efforts and the night security is from a reputable security agency. I would recomend a visit for anyone and see for yourself the sense of security you feel once you enter the driveway.
