This is a cheaply built apt with thin walls and cheap windows. At night you can hear all the traffic zoom by on Promenade despite closed windows. The fixtures and the carpeting are cheap and the place has turned into a dorm with people smoking pot in the pool. This place sucks. More so since they went condo last year. Ironically business is so bad that they are calling everyone who moved out to see if they are interested in buying one of their cheap condos. Save your money and wait for the new real condos being built by the train station. At least you won't have to put up with the view of a burned out Farmer's Market or the body of a murdered woman in your house.
