My friend and I just moved out and they tried to charge us for everything! We had a list when we first moved in that they "lost" but when we threw a little tantrum they somehow found it! Once they compared the list to what they were charging us for they looked pretty stupid. Also, it's not quiet anymore, that's why we moved out! The only difference between ghetto kids on the West side and the ones at the 903 is they drive nicer cars! Once the sales people have you they don't care what you need after you move in. The pool is nice...lets' not forget about the same two families down there everyday with three kids swimming in diapers, and not the swim diapers either. Ghetto....the dryer will not dry your clothes and their pet policy will wake you up every morning.
