Mostly professional people with college students mixed in; the students appear drugged and/or party animals;
management slow to respond to clear violations of policies that are spelled out in the lease agreements.

Have you thought about living in Regency Plaza? I hear that it's really a luxury apartment complex that supports students, young professionals and families a like. Not too loud either.
